Took a chance and OMG!! This is one of those hidden hole in the wall gems. Make a reservation and you will not be disappointed. Staff is phenomenal, Christy was an absolute blast, food is off the chart. 100% original and very well done. Quaint, nicely done decor. Absolutely will visit again when in town. Do expect to pay, but well worth it.

Order the bread service, it's such yummy bread! Me and hubs got the squid ink fettuccine and the gnocchi the fettuccine was very good, the gnocchi was a little bland but still good. Dessert we had tiramisu and bread pudding which were both fantastic! Service was great, drinks were good, and prices weren't bad. The only thing we didn't love was how close the tables are but it is a small restaurant so it's understandable.

I have been here a few times, and tonight was better than ever. Photos are Grilled Octopus, Coulette Steak, and Seared Tuna that was the special tonight. Ambience and atmosphere, Italia Trattoria never dissapoints me. Final photo is the fresh pear dessert.

What a great restaurant. Very feel-good neighborhood vibe. Love the eclectic menu with the different protein choices. Got the ricotta dumplings, polenta lasagna, lamb Ragu and the tirimisu. Loved our waitress, love the outdoor patio. Thank you for a great meal. Couldn't find the corkage fee anywhere online, but it's $25

A wonderful date night. Super cozy, the fun vibe makes it memorable and a unique experience that lasts a lifetime. This was our 3rd time, and always a big hit. Reservations are a must. If you are a foody, adventurous, add it to your list to check out! We ordered the Caesar salad with anchovies and split (only half portion in photo), sausage stuffed Roasted Quail, and Spaghetti and meatballs. Oh, and for dessert, Tiramisu (a creamy version). Gluten free options too!

Stumbled upon this place online and made a reservation and they got us in New Years Eve! It was so cute and loved the ambience. I appreciated the small business style. We went there with no hurry and tried all the specials they suggested from appetizers, main course and dessert. Everything was so good! Such a fun and different menu. You can tell the chefs cook with love and creativity and the staff seem very happy there. We will definitely be back to support this local business

Some of the most complex flavors and savvy dishes I've seen in Spokane. Their chef/owner power couple cultivate a scrumptious little piece of Italy in the NW. Robin, our server, made us feel welcome and educated us about everything we tried. By the end of the evening it felt like I was leaving a relative's home after a home-cooked meal. Worth every penny! I had the Rabbit and my partner had the Lamb Ragu. A nice place to be introduced to Italian wines as well as an ideal date night/graduation party venue.

Hands down my favorite dining experience in Spokane after living here for 8 years (and returning to Italia often)! The food has NEVER disappointed and their unique wine selection is delightful. Service is always casual but top notch and very competent— whenever I’ve shared Italia with out of town guests they’ve always raved. 🥰 Great date night pick!!
